does anyone have that video that was taken in the US (or perhaps Canada) of an indian manager ripping into his indian subordinate for being of a lower caste and the subordinate was just taking it like a bitch?

I heard that the reason indian managers prefer hiring indians isnt because of nepotism or being 'pro-indian' but because it grants them authority over other indians and allows them to step on more people, because a smart white dude just wont take that kind of abuse
