Women evolution cannot afford hobbies. Biologically, the moment they are fertile, they are ~9 month off from having an adorable pet that triggers small releases of heroin in their brain whenever they look at it. By the time they would lose access to small children of their own making they would have flocks of grandchildren to keep them occupied. In this state of biological equilibrium women would be drugged out of their mind 24/7 and all males would have to do is toss resources into the cave to keep the tribe going, a job so easy we developed hobbies to keep our brains trained during off-time.
Now we have artificially infertile women unconsciously chasing a pregnancy that will never come until their ovaries dry up and they are locked in eternal hag mode with their armies of small dogs or cats that never really quite hit right when they look at them, while men are expected to toss their entire lifetime into the government cave and never ask what is going on in there.
