One of the new unusuals ( Fully Charged ) I saw in the wild on a player lowers my fps quite a bit when I get up close to it for some reason, the closer I get the worse the frames get.
Is this only on my side?, can anyone else test it somehow?, probably hard to come across anyone that even has the a new effect though.
