Paul (The Orc brother in the painting in the second picture) lives with Korey (His trans sister) Sarah (Korey's trans werewolf friend) and Kalyn (An Immortal Genie).

Paul slept with Kalyn first and they had a bit of a budding romance, Sarah and Korey were hitting it off, but due to the stress of living with three other people Sarah started having werewolf rampages / urges that ruined Her and Korey's relationship. Korey started seeking comfort from Kalyn.. and despite the fact Korey knew Paul and Kalyn were sleeping together (walked in on them in the shower) Korey and Kalyn started having sex. Paul oblivious to it, was still sleeping with Kalyn though less and less over time due to him being overworked by his new job and him trying to help Sarah through her bouts of werewolfism.
