you're saying she got stormed (which now that I think about it means the town was probably Rayashiki maybe), but that leaves the other part of my question. The restaurant owner wouldnt know his friend disappeared/got stormed unless he survived that same Storm. But I also dont expect the Foundation to care this much about random russians.
