Based on what other anon posted, they become Desmos' property, and she presumably either sells them like Vivian, or just puts them in matches herself. One thing I've been assuming is that winners don't necessarily keep the defeated as slaves long-term, they might sell them back to Desmos so they don't have to take care of them. Like Alice only has like three slaves, and I think she mentions she only likes cute chicks. So she probably sold most of her defeated opponents
