Granted I'm a part of this, so of course I'm for trying to integrate newfags, but things being bad in the first weeks as you mentioned is very expensive and impossible to avoid. The super hardcore fags can always make their own thread, then see how things go as time goes on and the stragglers get filtered out by time. I'm just happy that JPbros are as supportive as they are. Not only very helpful, but encouraging to keep going after failure after failure.
