How many Jews or those with Jewish ancestry are really on here?

I’m a Persian Jew. Most of my family is Muslim but I’m Jewish according to Jewish law and am one of my only family members actually practicing.

Also do you guys have different opinions on Jews based on their country of origin? Like Ashkenazi’s vs. Sephardic?
