I don't think there's anything to suggest that. I think if you're trying to get used to standard English AI may be helpful but if you already are well above fluency I think the bad habits of AI writing will bleed into your own writing if you're not careful. We naturally end up writing more like what we spend the most time around, so if you're spending a lot of time doing AI that's a real risk.
