Looks good. You piled them up right after taking them from the stalk? No color curing first or anything? How ripe were they? Completely yellow/brown, or some green? I'm surprised it didn't mold since they contain a lot of moisture, especially the stem.
I piled mine on a table, turning the whole stack over once a day to create some airflow. Put it inside a towel if it got too dry. Even checking and turning daily, i still had some mold issues.
And how does it taste after 2 weeks? From what I've read tobacco needs a minimum of 6 months to a year of natural fermentation to make it smoke well. That is, if you're not speeding up the process with a kiln or similar method.
