I could have, not really sure. But wouldn't that affect her even when the armor is off?
Here is me putting her in the exact same outfit as her regular one that comes with the mod. The mod outfit is set to weight 100 for some reason, that is probably why she gets the neck seam, but it doesn't explain why she didn't have it yesterday.
