What's crazy about that is I probably watched more bbc produced content than you and never had to personally pay a cent lmao. Did you ever fear an inspection? When they did the same shit here all they required iirc was for a tv or radio to be present in the home. It was not sufficient because even my phone at the time could watch analog tv and fm radio too and how the fuck would they know to look for that.
