Superman just does not work anymore. Not because he is Supergod, not because of some woke horse shit either. No, the reason why he is not as popular as he used to be is because hope is dead and everything is political. No one believes someone can just be a good person. Sure the crap stories don't help but there is literally 80+ years of Superman content that is good, but people constantly over look it. Because people can't understand Superman anymore.
