It really is. I was an alcoholic. Started my day off with at least 4 shots of vodka, worked for 2 hours, topped up in my car woth a couple of shots, worked 2 more hours, went to lunch and had a few beers and shots, came back from lunch, had a couple of more shots on my last 15, drove home, and had some to get to sleep. I did this every day for maybe 3 years. I can barely remember anything that happened during that period in my life I was so drunk most of the time. Now I have a couple of shots a week if that.
