SR Far Trace is also available on Bridal Tine, Morph Ursula, and Summer Gullveig. You don't have to completely restrict yourself to only fodder Reinhardt's skills to cavalry and flying units. Not unless you're using Reinhardt to fodder off specific skills beyond his base kit but even then, a one off fodder to Tailtiu is not a dealbreaker.
Anyway, this is my Tailtiu. And if some other Anon says the skills are "outdated," then the solution would be to just give Tailtiu whatever the latest powercreep skills are.
