I had a really fucked up nightmare once.

>Be 9 years old
>Mom starts her routine early, wakes up at 5:00AM
>I usually wake up, hear her alarm go off and go back to sleep, until around 7AM
>One day I hear alarm go off, wake up, but can't go back to sleep
>I try my hardest, but just can't fall back to sleep and I noticed something
>Haven't heard anything since the alarm was turned off
>Usually if I can't sleep, I hear my mom doing stuff around the house, preparing our breakfast or whatever, but not this time
>It's total silence
>My dad usually isn't home at this time, as he works night shifts
>Might as well get up and chill with mom
>Open my bedroom's door and notice that all the lights in the house are off, except for the kitchen
>I pass my parents bedroom, peak inside and it's total darkness
>I keep going through the hallway and go into the kitchen
>Mom's up
>Her back turned to me, doing something on the counter top
>"Morning mom, I can't sleep, kinda hungry"
>No response, she doesn't acknowledge me
>"Mom? You still sleepy or what?"
>I remember the next part really clearly
>"Mom" turns around and it's not my mom
>Her body was of my mom, but her face was a fucking teletubby
>I'm dead fucking serious
>A teletubby with her hair, her clothes, her body
>I jump back in fear and I'm suddenly petrified, can't move
>"Mom" doesn't respond and just stares
>I can't move or speak
>"Mom" starts getting closer and closer
>I can't hear anything, it's defeaning silence, except for "her" feet dragging on the floor
>"Mom" gets really close, her expression never changes, she has that weird half smile the teletubbies have
>I want to run, escape and scream, but just can't
>Nightmare ends abruptly and I wake up screaming in bed, drenched in sweat

Worst nightmare I've ever had and for a few days I was scared of my mom turning into a teletubby lmfao
