Anon we humans need three P's in our lives. Purpose, pillars and pleasure.
You need to have attainable goals. You need to have people to support you emotinally and last but not least you need pleasure. Without goal life is shitshow. Without friends and family you have no back up to pull you out from shitstorm. And even if you have clear goals and many people around you without sexual pleasure you are miserable entire time and I really do know what its like
