You take up a defensive stance, but also prepare to set up some traps of your own. It’s not as much an increase as Winnie’s, but there’s a noticeable boost in her power, and more importantly you notice the whole arena’s starting to heat up, and there’s also something else you can tell she’s hiding in reserve.
Instead of charging you, Tanis lifts a hand up, and a trail of blazing pillars erupt from the ground, moving toward you. Dodging, you set a Ki mine close to where they left a trail, though you have to do it carefully as to not accidentally get burned. The mummy girl keeps her distance, sending more scorching pillars your way, trying to keep you at a distance, setting more Ki mine traps. After a few more, she suddenly stops and materializes an hourglass in her other palm. Instead of sending it at you, she sends it into the air, flying up and taking aim with a gun-shaped hand and hitting it with a Fire-enhanced Geist Magnum. The glass shatters, and yet from it comes a whole torrent of sand, scorching hot and swirling around like a miniature sandstorm around the arena.
