Who said all of us will watch V10? I don't want to be brainwashed by MKEK's bad takes on politics. The Atlas and White Fang/Faunus were a mess that ruined 8 volumes. They had team RWBY kill discriminated minorities, then caused the Atlas/Mantle disaster because they were too dumb to defeat Salem despite having access to deus ex machinas. I doubt Vacuo will be different. It's already set to be a disaster, judging by RWBY Beyond and the epilogue animatic.
