Of course they didn't. They were the heroes in the war, they loved European people. All the testimonies from people in occupied countries just talked about how nice the Germans were to them.
If they had massacred people, the Allies wouldn't have had to use forgery photos in the Nuremberg trial to sentence them. There would have been real evidence.
