The regular one is better for Executor.
More damage + Chilling Mist is the best way to apply frost in the game, so when paired with Executor's Arcane you can freeze everything that isn't outright immune, which means you get to benefit from the invisibility way more often.

That version is going to work best on Duchess and Ironeye.
