i know OP probably wants western stuff specifically but i was going through my collection and ran into this one, HUNVR-207: "Hey, why don't we play doctor in the closet like we used to!" it's an interesting scene where you go to visit relatives and then they take you into this small closet and lay on top of you and get up close to you, very interesting.
