Cliffy is kinda the best puller in the game because of her stun on S2. The thing is a new player is not going to make much use from either Ptilo or Cliffy but S2 m3 Cliffy is still nice to have just in case. You don't need to rush with those tickets, leave them until you are sure what you want and why.
