I believe the easiest and best game is to start off with a kinda text adventure but where you focus on the actual aspects of sex; positions, thrusting styles, secondary actions where they each grant points and each characters' personality dictate their likes/dislikes and grant differing points compared to other characters. They hint at what they like and don't like and it's your job to estimate what they're into and replay it a few times till you get a near perfect score. So you get a long list of options to choose from and you must choose correctly to accrue the points, very similar to dating simulators & phoenix wright where you must choose the correct linear options or the correct combo of options in the correct order if you want it harder.
Only after you discuss the very basics do you start discussing the advanced stuff such as implementing a physics system to simulate cell sensitivity and to execute real time gameplay such as Super Deepthroat.

Also graphics & audio can be discussed separately rather than together with what the ponies' personalities hate & love about lewd stuff.
