I'm a 35 year old UNCBOOMER (with all the free time in the world) who has always only ever been "slightly above average"; like low-mid plat in shooters/moba. Was always plagued with ranked anxiety/procrastination. I bought SF6 after launch and still haven't played online, just fucked around in training. I only want to play Classic, my unwarranted pride won't allow modern, like it's aim assist in FPS. At most I csan semi-reliably do my inputs and can actually reliably do Cammy insta dive when warmed up. Cammy is the character I historically like and played the most, casually.

What should I do? Who should I main? I have a PS3 controller, a 30 dollar stick, and a mechanical keyboard. I'm leaning to keyboard. Movement and direction input is 100x better on keyboard over the other two, it's just attack inputs that suck to use**...

P.S. Call me Bison cause I only want to play as hot waifu girls* (I'm not a tranny). Cammy, AKI (I liked her from day one) or Juri most likely. Actually I would SERIOUSLY consider maining Ingrid without even knowing her kit. I kind of wanted to play SFV back in the day but never did, Karin or Rose or Menat...
P.P.S. when I played classic Guilty Gear casually, just button mashing, Jam was my favorite BY FAR. I like "Rushdown" most I guess. Fast characters.

*Ed looks so cool and flashy aesthetically I might make an exception there.
