Part of the charm with the psychic sisters is how shitty they both are as people. Fubuki is a power-hungry mobster who bullies the weak and fears the strong. Tatsumaki is an abusive raging cunt and straight-up the arc villain. Since they started so low it's interesting to see how they can grow and Murata denied them any such development. Oh and don't get me started on shipping. The original story has so little of it it would work perfectly fine if these two were men.
Fun tidbit, Tats never smiles to anyone except her sister. That's what made her smile to Saitama at the end of their fight so intriguing.
