To use a metaphor its a lot like reading a doujin from a vanilla artist who now does NTR to make ends meet. The story is fundamentally some slut getting dicked (a girl mc doing cute things with other girls). However, spontaneously you get a random panel of the cuck to remind you that this normal doujin is actually NTR (the author remembering that this is a GB novel so he has to throw in a random tangent where the mc remembers being a dude).
