Thanks anons. I'm trying to keep my spirits up and I'm told that with chemo and medication for symptoms can help and there's a likelihood of recovery. But yknow you always fear the worst and it certainly isn't going to be pleasant

Stomach cancer. For the past few months I was randomly really nauseous and got really bad heartburn sometimes. Thought it was just acid reflux at first since I've had that issue before but recently it's gotten worse and I even had to vomit once. I don't even know how it happened since I don't smoke or drink and my diet isn't too bad. Guess it's just bad luck
