i'll go and visit my brother for his birthday tomorrow. we'll head to some spanish restaurant where he lives. looking forward to it. nothing else, though. maybe that's for best.

i think that's just because we tend to memorize certain things in order, so we have to go to the whole sequence until we get where we need to arrive. at least that's how i remember them. it's also a bit stupid that september, october, november and december are still named after their position in the roman calendar, so it gets even more confusing.

everyone learns stuff at their own pace. biggest issue for me learning to tie shoes was that my mother is ambidextrous and she uses her left hand to lead when she ties hers, so i could never wrap my head around how she does it and had to come up with something on my own... you never know what can throw a wrench your development.
