Even on social media, Kazuya seems to be extremely upset, as if they are projecting themselves onto him. Even I can tell that what Mizuhara gave Kazuya wasn't a spare key, but a keychain. Mizuhara and Kazuya will bump into each other in the room at the end, and once Yaemori leaves, it'll be back to Mizuhara alone. There will be two keychains now, the one Ruka gave Kazuya in the previous main episode and the one Mizuhara gave him this time. Eventually Ruka will notice that Kazuya is holding Mizuhara's keychain instead of Ruka's, and everything will be revealed, and chaos will break out.
