I am honestly unsure if this is a behavioral issue. I don't think gypsie children are trained from birth to be able to take tests. They have ADHD or something. I wonder if you offered them something substantial if they completed it they'd have different results.

These resutls don't make sense just like the African tribe ones where supposedly people have 50IQ yet somehow they manage to live, juggle personal relationships, construct houses, drive cars and so on.

With IQ 50 you'd expect total non function.
