They shoot themselves in the foot and don't develop these characters at all
Anyone that isn't directly linked to Mishimas gets no attention or development

Josie wasn't even 1/8th of a character and Azucena is basically just 1/6th of a character so both are just bland
Azucena at least shows a lot of personality in her moves, just a shame they have no intention of developing her further
