The bible says the government was put there by God and that you have to obey them
Anyone who apposes God appointed government will be punished in hell
The lord our God says this

Romans 13:1
New International Version
Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.
