When there's over 20 000 hours of someone's gameplay online, eventually you'll see something that looks out of place. He could just be readjusting the grip of his mouse after that spray.
I'm not saying it's conclusively either/or. I dislike shroud for other reasons. I'm just saying statistically speaking if we play enough video games, snapping to or hover over someone behind a wall will happen eventually.
