One of the only humans with Charisma 7 (usually only elves can get that high). She can't actually cast mass Charm spells but she basically does every time she shows up.

Despite being a bard, I think Cinder still doesn't knowingly cast any spells. Bardic inspiration is just a result of her being herself @Arthur, Song of Rest is just a natural result of watching her stretch before bed, and she doesn't need Charm Person with Persuasion and Performance Expertise combined with looking like she does (and bursting into flame when angry.)
