Dutch government was retarded enough to lend university students 1K a month - no questions asked, no interests charged. Many didn't take it (or only just what they needed) because the Dutch hate being in debt. But you have to be genuinely retarded to turn down a loan like that.

Only downside is that if I want to get a mortgage, they're gonna give me a bad deal if they see my debt. So the moment I wanna buy a house I'll just pay the debt off in one go and I'll be free. Best thing about this? It's all completely legal.
