I'm a redskin and it doesn't look like it to me. A lot of the redskin girls I have seen have that white face shape but with some more cheeks, though the skin and hair color is similar, so she might be red with something else mixed in. Here is a picture, most of the ones I see kind of look like this, or this + being fat.
