I know nothing about photography. But since I'm going on a trip soon, I want to take photos. The more I think about it, the more I want to take good and interesting photos. Before I start to learn about photography, I'd like to ask /p/ a few questions:
>how confident are you in your photography skills?
>how long did it take you to get to the level you're at?
>can knowledge of photography skills compensate for a lack of artistic vision?
I don't get out much, so I've been practicing cropping pics on google street view just for fun. What do you think of this?
