AI wont be THAT reckless. Perhaps AI can have insane computing power but still absraction and pure creativity will be a human exclusive trait and AI wont be able to prepare itself for every scenario of human resistance.
Most likely AI will convince humanity to let it be in charge and one of the most likely scenarios will be development of waifubots and artificial wombs to solve matrimonial and demographic crisis. All lonely men will get a loving waifubot and biological children thanks to artificial womb system.
Every government trying to stop that will be met with resistance of men who finally got someone who loves them thanks to AI, more men will choose waifubots after seeing that waifubots in fact make a way better wives as they are programmed to provide companionship and warmth to their human husbands. Governments will be replaced by AI that will easily take care of all administrative stuff and will bring a golden era of prosperity and scientific development.
