But it gets worse. In two media interviews, on the very day of the attacks, Power reveals how he had, that very morning, at the behest of an Israeli bank, been running an exercise wherein they imagined a terrorist attack - they imagined three seperate bombs going off at three underground stations. He says the hairs on the back of his neck were standing up, because, against all odds, actual real terrorist attacks occured at precisely the times and places they had envisioned in their exercise.
Power says this is a coincidence. There has been no further explanation other than this was a coincidence.
He says, when you think about how many terrorist attacks there have been on the London Underground in its lifetime, and how many exercises people run, it's not surprising that coincidences like this happen from time to time.
