The chinese dude that releases the summaries way, WAY earlier isn't a leaker he's a distributor he's actually the source for another big shonen manga and also gave Donut the OnK leaks for years btw. Blue Lock is very popular in china so he's a fan of it.
He releases the summaries on chinese forums and wants them to stay there and not reach overseas for mostly 2 reasons

In general in CN there's an unspoken rule to be very discreet about leaks and not repost them unless the source authorizes it, and gaijin tend to respect this rule because there's been cases of doxing for spreading the leaks overseas (Happened to Boruto 4 years ago) or the distributor might ceases all activities if he gets too pissed.
