NTA but that was my experience more or less. Citlali is really just a Sub-DPS/Quickswap DPS and doesn't really satisfy my needs for an actual Cryo Shielder. Plus I remember luckshitting C6 Layla with so many double pulls on her very first banner that she holds a place very near and dear to my hear.
