So this looks to be the common area outside of the actual cell corridor or cell/cells? So possibly there was more cameras inside beyond that door and maybe those were not working? That's what I would think? And that would make sense. And maybe that's the whole reason they never fix them is because this camera was working and shows the entrance and only door to where the cell/cells are located. I don't know I'm just riffing here.
