These SF2 values are very close to Akuma in T7 by the way.

Older games gave you a lot more value for just mashing and you didn't have to rely on combos so much as you do now.

The games used to be more intuitive and risk reward was in a much much better place.
Fireballs were heavily nerfed in SFA2 and never recovered.
