Genuine question:

What do you do when you want to be a woman, but are too ashamed to be seen as trans? I seriously can't even leave my house anymore because I'm ashamed of myself. I feel like an ugly worthless failure. I want to be a woman so fucking bad it hurts, but if others don't see me as one what's the fucking point??
