People say she's hydro not because of Skirk, but due to the influence the moon has on water tides. Also because hydro is the element that works as the base of most reactions. So the major lunar reaction character being hydro makes the most sense.

Anyway, it'd explain why Ineffa and the electro lightkeeper focus on EC, Columbina would be the hydro character that enables them better.
