The Worker Drones on Copper 9 a mimicking what they think society is like based on what they think Humans were like. We do know that Worker Drones develop their personalities over time through gradual learning, by default they're all physically identical robots with no differentiation but after the Core Collapse the drones on Copper 9 had time without Human supervision to gain individuality and personalities, and you can see with a bunch of them that much of their society is based upon stereotypical human media and whatnot.

For example, as stated, Uzi even refers to herself as an edgy rebellious teen. Lizzy is the stereotypical high school alpha-bitch cheerleader queen, Thad is a (cool) Jock, so on and so forth. The second generation of Worker Drones on Copper 9 are the children of the Worker Drones that would have originally been working under the Humans prior to the Core Collapse - such as Khan.

Usually, under Human supervision, Worker Drones are more like those default Butler drones working in the Elliot Manor for Tessa's parents.
