No troops. A ground invasion cannot even happen unless Air supremacy is achieved. Far to much AA/AAA in Iran to even build up troops along the border. Iraq quite frankly does not want us to do that either since the Iranian backed militias might cause some problems during that build up phase. 5 months at most to build up 1.5 million troops on the border that we do not have. With china's support of Iran this makes this ground invasion plan even more dubious.
