How about instead of taking away all women's rights we only take away some of their rights?

When a girl turns 18, 9 in 10 chance she gets to live a normal life but 1 in 10 chance she's forced to be a breeding slave and constantly impregnated.

That way we could stabilize the birth rate and most women could still keep the rights and privileges they enjoy today.
