We are currently in a dark age of fantasy and art in general, so no unfortunately you've seen it all. There USED to be a lot of great art attached to very old and simplistic games which you probably haven't played, but there is simply nothing like that today made with modern technology.
But we do have some stuff, Fromsoftware video games for example are a worthy successor to what fantasy should be. They have their own style, but its fundamental quality and energy is the closest there is to old fantasy.
